Music City Gives Back is well established as “one of the best plays at CMA Fest” by performing artists. The event is also earning a reputation from paid sponsors for being one of the most creative events that over delivers fan interaction in sponsor activation areas. The artists’ participation in social media posting/sharing about the event and on site activities is often the top engaging post for our sponsor partners.

The move to our permanent home Ascend Park, with the expansive lawn area, has opened up opportunities for additional sponsorship activation area for product displays, sampling, activities and opportunities for data collection and lead generation.

The sponsor branded tents with artists signing autographs every hour on the hour are still the anchor for day time sponsor activations on the lawn. Music City Gives Back handles all the logistical details of staffing the sponsor tents with artists. Sponsors are responsible for signage and required to man the tent with staff to help with the line and photos with artists. Since fans arrive early to stand in line for their favorite artists, there is plenty of time to capture data for lead generation, app sign up, bounce back couponing, giveaways, etc.

MCGB also has opportunities for on-site sales of food, beverages and merchandise on the Ascend Park grounds.
